“Prayers” by Frank Morrison
Greeting’s fellow music aficionados, as always it’s an honor to be graced with your presence at this appointed time. Isn’t it just amazing how time flies? We only have less then two months remaining in 2009. Despite the various negative life changing events that’s taken place globally this year, overall I’ve been blessed and in return its been a productive and prosperous year for me. As strange as it might seem, I’m blessed regardless of my circumstance therefore “I count it all joy.” God, and life is definitely good!
The vision and purpose of “The Urban Flux,”content wise is going well thus far. Without a doubt, I appreciate the various visitors stopping by the Blog on a frequent basis. Let me be transparent here, my prayer although it might be considered self-centered is however my hope to hear from music lovers who are passionate and willing to participate in the process of writing reviews on music, art, concerts etc. Actually, I have nothing to gain other then kicking with folks who are as crazy as I am about music. I love music, particularly jazz and it also appears that you do as well. Therefore, as silly as it seems I believe it’s essential from a music [jazz] enthusiasts perspective to arm ourselves with the wealth of info that’s available to insure that others have a gathering place to gain knowledge about their favorite, new and upcoming artists as well. No hidden agenda, besides my love for the Lord, family and mankind I’m pretty much all about the music especially jazz. So please, if you will give it some thought and give a brother shout via comments on this page. Thanks again, for your time.
If you have any ideas, suggestions, or comments in regards jazz, art, books or technology related material posted here feel free to pass it on I’d love to hear from you. Of course, you will get credited for your effort!
Grace and peace to you, The Urban Flux [aka Rob]

“If anyone says, “I love God,” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.” [1 John 4:20]

I love that you have included my latest release here, but……my name is NICK MANSON, not Nick Mason (I think he was the drummer for Pink Floyd).
Thank you Rob for viewing my art. I really appreciate the compliment.
It would be an honor to have my work featured on your blog.
It would be also.be fine if you added my link.
