From Return to Forever, to Origin, to the Elektric Band to his duo with Gary Burton and his numerous super trios and quartets, Chick Corea has been a transformative force in music for over 40 years, working in many styles and genres, and with musicians from the jazz, classical and pop music worlds.
This concert honors Corea with performances by Gary Burton, vibes; Tim Garland, tenor sax; Geoffrey Keezer, piano; Antonio Sanchez and Marcus Gilmore drums; Hans Glawischnig, bass; Steve Davis, trombone; Diane Monroe, violin; Michael Reynolds, Cello; and The Harlem String Quartet. This joyous celebration is a Chick-immersion not to be missed!
