Noah Preminger - Dry Bridge Road
The Noah Preminger Quartet — Preminger on tenor saxophone, Frank Kimbrough on piano, John Hebert on bass and Matt Wilson on drums – will record Preminger’s original music, a few Ornette Coleman tunes, some obscure American songbook ballads as well as compositions by fellow bandmates. The session will be produced by Matt Balitsaris at Maggie’s Farm, and the CD will be released in early 2011.
Preminger, now 24, began receiving critical raves almost immediately after hitting the scene with “Dry Bridge Road.” It was heralded as the “jazz debut of the year,” by The Village Voice Critic’s Poll, and earned a place as one of the “Top 10 Jazz Albums of the Year” from critics across the globe.

Sick of hearing about Noah Preminger. I’ve seen him a few times and he’s completely overrated… and he needs a fashion stylist badly…
