This past summer, award winning R&B musician and Smooth Jazz multi-instrumentalist Brian Culbertson debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Top Selling Jazz Albums with his thirteenth album Dreams, featuring the lead singles “Your Smile” and “Still Here” f/ Vivian Green which found themselves in Top 10 at Smooth Jazz and Urban Adult Contemporary radio.

(Los Angeles, California – September 25, 2012) On November 25th at 9pm Centric TV will air the 2012 Soul Train Music Awards from Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, hosted by Cedric the Entertainer. Contemporary jazz artist and multi-instrumentalist Brian Culbertson has been nominated for Best Contemporary Jazz Artist/Group alongside Esperanza Spaulding, Cassandra Wilson, Ben Tankard and Peter White. Ivo Neame is a musician of immense talent. He has an astute musical intelligence with a natural improvisatory flair that has seen him develop into one of the busiest and most in demand players on the UK scene. With Yatra, his third album and second on Edition, Ivo Neame has taken control of his own destiny and produced an album that will not only impress but look to propel Neame’s career onto a new trajectory. The son of a military man from the Bronx and a jazz singer from North Carolina, Dean Brown grew up in a number of locales during his formative years. Born in France, his family moved to the States when he was two then returned to France when he turned 10. Two years later, his family returned to the States once again.
